Nevada Report Card

Dear Parents/Guardians,

The data that is provided in this section is for your benefit. The Nevada School Performance Framework (NSPF) is a mass collection of data that measures student achievement within the school and state. Every school is evaluated the same way. Silver State Charter Schools is a unique school in that we provide education both over the computer through online curriculum, as well as an in-school experience. Students can receive direct instruction and participate in other engaging activities while on campus.

Our star rating is of the utmost importance to us. Be assured that we are in the process of making changes that will better serve the students that come to our school. In order to be a successful school we need more support from you, the parents. Please contact us with your concerns so that we can work together to provide the best education possible for your son or daughter.

The bar has been raised for students and teachers. What matters at the end of the day is student learning. We are diligently working every day to educate your son or daughter within in the new Common Core framework and this takes a great deal of time.

We would appreciate your feedback about our school. The more we know from you, the better we can adapt our school to meet your needs. At the same time, the standards are high and we expect students to come to school and be engaged while they are here. The more often students are here, the better!

As you review this data please contact me with any questions you may have.

Together in education,
SSCS

The mission of Silver State Charter Schools is to provide a quality, public secondary non-traditional school which improves the opportunities of its students to learn.
