Physical Education
Welcome
I plan on creating a fun and educational program for
SSHS. In this year’s P.E. program you
will be introduced to a wide variety of skills, sports, and games. In turn, you may become interested in all
types of activities that you can do for life.
For the first eight weeks of school the National Guard will be
assisting me in teaching a course that explores many important topics, for
example conflict resolution, goal setting, and many other topics. I will be having knee surgery September 25th. Due to my physical state (torn ACL) we will
not be involved in many physical activities until I am class with a positive
attitude and wearing the appropriate clothing and shoes when involved in
physical activities. Students will be
excluded from activities if they are not dressed properly.
REMINDER:
I will be having surgery on September 25th. You still need to contact me by email or
phone 220-7811 if not in class. I will be running my classes from home.

This will be are
schedule until further notice.
Remember you should attend one
class a week. If you cannot, you are responsible for writing a four paragraph
essay with a P.E. related topic each week you cannot come to class. Every student is responsible for five hours
of P.E. class. You have two hours in
class with me and three hours on your P.E. log during your own time. We now
have World Gym memberships for every P.E. student. We have these memberships for students so
you have a resource to log your P.E. hours.
I need to have contact with each of you in person on the phone or
email me. We will have a great
year!!!
Meeting area: On Tues. and Wed. we will be
on campus at Silver
State High
School.
Thursday class will be held at World Gym on Fiarview.
Activities: For the first eight
weeks of class we will be working with the National Guard in a course
designed to discuss teenager related topics.
